Friday Faves Part 4

Hey everyone! I hope you are reading this after having a wonderful week! Let’s take some time to reflect on the blessings of the past week, shall we?

Our week was busy, and although I feel more tired than normal, I’m thankful for all the ways the Lord worked through it!

  1. Family Night in Salina

Last Friday, we got to meet up with all of Brady’s family in Salina to do some shopping and go to dinner to celebrate some birthdays. I can’t get over how blessed I feel to be part of the Roberts clan! (I mean, look at these goofballs!) I love spending time with them and Brady and I are always sad when it’s time to leave.

2. Our first Vision Night!

On Sunday we held our first vision night for all of those interested in learning more about the Delano Church Plant. We were OVERWHELMED by the amount of people who came, the financial contributions that came in, and the hearts of those who share in God’s vision for the Delano area. God has been providing in every way possible and we are so grateful. 🙂 Plus, we got to release the church’s name! The District Church is comin’ atcha!

3. Making our house a home

Brady and I have been so blessed to live in a super cute basement of a couple from our church. I finally got to de-clutter, get rid of all boxes, and hang a few decorations (the decorations above ended up on the wall 😉 )this past week and now this place definitely feels like home! It’s the best to come home to now. 🙂

4. BEAUTIFUL Weather

At the beginning of the week, Kansas was blessed with some incredible weather! Brady adn I got to go on a walk Monday after work and it was spectacular. Going on walks is one of my favorite things in the world. It gives you time to enjoy nature and enjoy some quality conversation. I’m looking forward to many more of these days come spring!

5. Finishing The Magnolia Story

Any other Fixer Upper fans out there?! I started Chip and Jo’s book awhile ago, but finally took some time to finish it Wednesday. I love this little story and the very clear hand that God has had in their business. Plus it’s funny and is full of great stories. You should check it out!

So, what blessings did you see in your life over the past week? I’d love to hear! 🙂

Have a great weekend my friends!
